The equipment utilizes an optimized air ring design that regulates airflow evenly and stably, significantly enhancing the cooling effect and film stability; this ensures high equipment productivity while optimizing film transparency and thickness tolerance.
The thickness gauge enables a comprehensive 360° inspection of the film with no blind spots. The automatic thickness adjustment ring effectively boosts production line output and improves film thickness tolerances. The die opening features 120 control points to ensure high precision. This system utilizes a non-contact ultrasonic sensor suitable for various thin-film detection applications. Equipped with a high-precision temperature compensation sensor, it ensures accurate measurements in challenging environments. Automatic calibration and compensation are performed via a fuzzy logic control computer. The equipment supports manual and automatic start/stop modes and is simple and easy to operate.
The haul-off frame has a centerline height of 8.5 meters and comprises a bubble stabilizing device, a collapsing frame (chevron plate assembly), and an upper rotating haul-off unit. The film bubble is continuously cooled during the ascent and enters the upper haul-off unit via the collapsing frame; the collapsing frame utilizes a roller guide system.
