The Continuous-Strip Drip Irrigation Tape Production Line offers high-speed, stable, and cost-effective production for modern agricultural irrigation. It continuously forms the labyrinth strip, accurately inserts it into the tape, and completes bonding, punching, cooling, and winding in one automated process. The line features precise flow-channel forming, uniform emitter spacing, reliable bonding strength, low material consumption, and consistent water discharge performance. Advanced PLC control, servo synchronization, and online monitoring improve production accuracy, reduce labor requirements, minimize waste, and support efficient manufacturing of various tape diameters, wall thicknesses, and emitter spacings.

This production line is the company’s latest internally inlaid continuous-strip drip irrigation tape system. It uses a continuous inlaid strip-emitter process, high-speed extrusion and mechanical punching. The line provides stable and efficient production, strong anti-clogging performance, consistent water discharge, simpler operation and reduced labor requirements.
The system uses an innovative material-saving concept: the emitter strip can be manufactured from recycled material, while the drip irrigation tape body can contain more than 70% recycled material. Subject to proper formulation and quality control, this arrangement significantly reduces production cost while maintaining product performance.
Continuous-strip drip irrigation tape is positioned as a future-oriented product and may gradually replace conventional discrete-emitter tape in applications where its structural and production advantages are valued.
5.1 Pressure Resistance
The advanced strip-forming and tape-inlay process creates a robust integrated structure, providing strong resistance to internal and external pressure.
5.2 Tensile Strength
The tape demonstrates good toughness in tensile testing and can withstand substantial external pulling force without being easily damaged.
5.3 Anti-Clogging and Stable Water Discharge
Water inlets are arranged along both sides of the continuous emitter strip. This distributed inlet design improves resistance to clogging and helps maintain stable discharge performance.
The insertion head guides the continuously formed emitter strip accurately into the extruded tape body before sizing and cooling.
