Adopting a new high-efficiency screw design, it is divided into a feeding section, a compression section and a homogenizing section, and is equipped with a mixing section to ensure uniform plasticization of the raw materials and excellent mixing effect.
The screw and barrel materials are 38CrMoALA, which has been nitrided (HV≥960) and has high wear resistance, corrosion resistance and long service life.
The hardened gear reducer has stable transmission, large torque and low noise, which further improves the stability and reliability of the equipment.

Advanced mold design

The die head adopts a spiral center feeding structure, and the flow channel has no dead angle, ensuring uniform film thickness and reducing waste generation.
The alloy steel die head is chrome-plated on the surface, with high hardness and good finish, and has excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
The 5-zone automatic temperature control heating system, combined with the cast aluminum heater, realizes precise temperature control and improves the quality of the film.

Intelligent cooling and deviation correction system

The automatic thickness adjustment air ring combined with the industrial-grade PC control system can monitor and adjust the film thickness in real time, support precise adjustment of 48 control points, and significantly improve production efficiency and product quality.
The IBC internal cooling system uses a non-contact ultrasonic sensor to accurately measure the thickness change of the film, and the closed-loop control responds quickly to ensure that the transparency and thickness tolerance of the film reach the optimal level.
The photoelectric correction device has a memory function, which automatically guides the film position to avoid deviations during the winding process and ensure that the finished product is neat and beautiful.

Innovative traction and winding technology

The traction system adopts a horizontal reciprocating rotation design to avoid the leakage problem of traditional die head rotation, and at the same time eliminates scratches and wrinkles on the film surface through air cushion guide rollers and arc flattening rollers.
The double-sided back-to-back friction plus center winding method, combined with a servo motor driven flip device, achieves precise positioning and automatic roll change, and is safe and convenient to operate.
The maximum roll diameter of the winding system can reach Ф600mm, and the maximum winding speed is 30m/min, which meets the needs of efficient production.
