The shooting table adopts the standard double-cylinder mode to avoid the rotation of the piston in the cylinder of the single-cylinder machine or the intersection of the motor transmission shaft in the oil cylinder, which is both efficient and stable, and convenient for dry maintenance.

The opening and closing die is equipped with a high-response two-way proportional valve as standard. The dry cycle of the opening and closing die is controlled at about 2.5 seconds, and the repetition accuracy deviation of the opening and closing position is less than 1mm.

The injection repetition accuracy deviation is less than 1mm, the storage speed control can reach rpm, and the back pressure control is less than 1bar. JS260-JS450 are all equipped with dual motor and double pump configuration, which greatly improves the response speed and accuracy of the oil pump and system.
